Delete your Loma Health account

Delete your Loma Health account in the app, or email us from the sign-in email if you no longer have the app.

01In the app

On Android and on iPhone, open Settings > Account > Delete Account.

02If you do not have the app

Email hello@lomadynamics.com from the sign-in email. Use the subject line Delete my Loma Health account. That link opens a message with the subject already filled in.

03What we delete

• Account and profile
• Logs
• Plans and lists
• Chat
• Health and integration data
• People profile

04What we keep

• Account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
• Minimal records kept for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
• Security logs, kept for up to 13 months.
• Data a third party already holds follows that provider's policy.

05Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Play or App Store subscription. Cancel that subscription with the store that bills you.
